Betterme.com is the site I am going to describe.

The purpose of this site it to anonymous give feedback, get feedbacks, and ask question. This site allows you to anonymously talk to people and be completely honest without them without having to say it face to face. and you dont have to worry about them looking for you and trying to kill you, because they dont know who you are.

Yes, i would consider this a WEB 2.0 for the same reasons I think the other sites are WEB 2.0 sites, your able to share info with people.

I wouldn't use this site because i think these sites are a cowardice way for people to talk badly about people. And i find it kind of mean to say stuff about people on a website. If you are truely someones friend you would say it to them as a friend.TTYL(love always, Starbucks Junkie)
