It lets you have a list of the people on the left hand side and it has the dates on the top, and on the chart itself you put whether your friend is busy or not, so that you and all your friends can get together on the same day. it also highlights the day when all your friend and you are all available.

Yes, this is a WEB 2.0 site because you input information onto the site, and you can change the information just incase the information changes.
