The site i will be talking about is www.fotobabble.com.
The purpose of this site is it allows you to upload a picture and it lets you record your voice onto the picture you can easily email, facebook or twitter these photos to your friends and fanily. you can tell stories about your trip by being able to record your voices, send greeting, send talking postcards, and add your voice to a birthday card.
Yes this is a WEB 2.0 because you can control and send information to many people through different applications.
I would definintely use this site because i have many family members or friends who live farther away then others and it allows me to save money on stamp and they can hear my voice as i explain a trip.To the people i send it to they may get annoyed because you can only take so much of my voice because i talk so much and they just cant stand me talking lol.
